The iCon Innovation Centre

Employees can expect to enjoy a career within a friendly and professionally stimulating working environment with support from senior members of staff. A good team working environment is maintained and produces a high level of productivity and an arena that inspires debate ensuring that professional arguments stand up to scrutiny. The strength of our team enables us to face and overcome challenges together.  We value the benefits of a good work life balance, as well as encouraging our employees to engage in activities and interests outside of the business.

Employees will be encouraged to develop as professionals through Continuing Professional Development programmes and being assured responsibilities for project delivery, client relationships and the development of new business appropriate to their level.  We encourage all members of staff to achieve membership of the RTPI and this is supported both financially and with appropriate mentoring. We have an excellent track record in supporting and developing graduates into successful planning consultants.

Our location (easily accessible from all major routes) and well appointed offices at the iCon Centre, Daventry, provides employees a fantastic day to day working environment. We are able to offer employees flexible working arrangements with ‘working from home’ supported across all levels.

Our remuneration packages are excellent with competitive market salaries, company pension, performance-related discretionary bonus and flexible personal benefits.
