We have wide ranging experience and success in undertaking planning applications and where necessary Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for mineral extraction development.

This includes conservation stone quarries and aggregate quarries. We have undertaken the review of old mineral planning permissions (ROMP) under the Environment Act 1995. We can lead you through planning applications for new quarry planning permissions or extensions to existing surface minerals developments including surface  coal mining, as well as ensuring ongoing planning compliance at operational quarries.

Our expertise also extends to making representations to the forward planning process to obtain allocations for mineral sites and co-ordinating mineral reserve investigations.
