 GP Planning Ltd have recently gained permission on behalf of Churchfield Stone Ltd for a conservation stone quarry at Harley Way, Churchfield, Oundle. The quarry will extract specialist Blisworth Limestone walling stone material which is suitable for the restoration of local buildings and for the enhancement of the historic environment. GP Planning Ltd headed a team of technical consultants to formulate a detailed planning application, and supporting Environmental Impact Assessment under 'The Town and Country Planning (EIA) Regulations 2011'. The EIA provided detailed consideration of potential development impacts and recommended suitable mitigation measures.
