GP Planning Ltd has successfully secured planning permission for an on-farm Anaerobic Digestion Facility on behalf of D Taylor & Son near the conservation village of Alderton. The planning submission thoroughly assessed the impacts of the facility on Alderton in order to provide a robust justification for the development. The facility will utilise maize, hybrid rye and winter wheat grown on the farmers land in order to produce enough gas to service approximately 3000 homes. Planning Committee members voted unanimously in favour of the planning application, which will provide significant renewable energy benefits. GPP have secured planning permission for a wide range of AD facilities including on-farm, energy from waste, commercial, gas to grid and electricity to grid. If you are thinking of pursuing an AD development, please do not hesitate to get in touch for an initial discussion about how we can help.
