CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.
Postgraduate Diploma in Town Planning, University of Central England.
Membership:
Chartered Member of Royal Town Planning Institute.
Member of Chartered Management Institute.
With over 28 years’ experience, Chris combines his local authority knowledge at the county level with over 18 years in private planning practitioner roles predominantly involving minerals, waste and energy related projects. He has gained a strong track record of securing planning permissions for complex development proposals, including requiring Environmental Impact Assessment, across the UK. He advises a range of clients on development schemes and presents evidence on behalf of clients’ at Public Inquiries and Hearings. Chris has considerable experience in the analysis of Local Development Framework documents including participation at the Examination in Public stage.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his two teenagers, helping with homework and football training. During his free time (which is limited!), Chris enjoys playing golf, running and attending the local gym.
